My intention is always that Reiki should be treated as a supplement to, not an alternative to, conventional and professional medical diagnosis, care or treatment. In the case of any medical ailment or condition, you should always consult your doctor or pharmacist for advice.

I understand that Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. I acknowledge that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. I acknowledge and agree that I understand the nature of Reiki.

I understand that Sarah Robson will provide Reiki energy healing. I voluntarily and freely choose to participate in this Reiki session and know that I am not required to participate in any part that I am not comfortable undertaking. I understand that participation is at my own risk. I take full responsibility for my own health, mental and physical condition, and participation.

I further agree and warrant that if at any time I believe conditions to be unsafe, if the session is not heading in the direction I would like, if the practitioner ever says anything I don’t feel comfortable with, or if I have any concerns with the way the sessions are proceeding, I will let the practitioner know immediately. In the event I feel mental, physical, or emotional distress (or related ailment or condition) that I believe to be related either directly or indirectly to the Reiki Session I will not hold Sarah Robson liable for any loss or cost incurred by me (or any person related to me). I will indemnify Sarah Robson in the event of any such claim.

I enter into this Agreement with the full understanding that I am solely responsible for creating my own results. I understand that achieving my goals (in whole or part) cannot be guaranteed and no warranties are given.

I understand that I will be offered information about Reiki, energy balancing and healing, mindset and relaxation techniques as a guide to general good health and wellbeing, and this is considered to be for educational purposes only.

I fully understand that my practitioner, Sarah Robson, is not a medical physician and does not practice medicine.

I understand that Reiki Practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical care. I also understand that it is my responsibility to discuss any and all information provided during consultations and coaching with my primary health care provider or any other health care providers/specialists whose care I may be under. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving.

The services performed by Sarah Robson are at all times restricted to Reiki and on the subject of holistic health, mindset, and wellness; and does not involve the diagnosing, treatment, or prescribing of remedies for disease.

I release Sarah Robson from any and all legal liability during my participation in Reiki Healing or any events or activities conducted by Sarah Robson.

I assume all risks and take sole responsibility for my own health and for the results of any consultation provided by Sarah Robson that may affect my health (physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual) in any way.

All information received by me from Sarah Robson is accepted with full knowledge that any action taken by me as a result of the information or energy healing received is my complete responsibility.
